MEET THE HOST: Ioana Hardy
Ioana is a sought-after “Marketing for Sustainability” trainer, coach, and speaker with more than 25 years of international expertise in building and growing brands in multinationals and start-ups.
She started her career in corporations, working with multinationals like LG Electronics and Nestlé in marketing roles. She then built her own consultancy and consistently reached five-figure months from the first year. In 2020, she founded Impacters Group with a very simple mission: to equip sustainability entrepreneurs with the marketing and sales knowledge required to scale their solutions—and thus accelerate the transition to a sustainable economy.
Since 2020, Ioana has directly coached, mentored, and advised over 600 entrepreneurs. She also supported the UN in building online courses for entrepreneurs in Africa.
She sits on advisory teams promoting sustainable goals, is an Ellen MacArthur Circular Economy Pioneer, and an active SDG activist.
